    Thank you so much but how do you apply the colors and the whites to get the effect..sorry for asking.

      1. Choose the foreground color as white.
      2. Apply the brush
      3. Create another new layer and apply different colors on that layer
      4. Change the new layers blending mode as overlay/soft light/multiply as per your satisfaction
