Well there is a lot of talk about the crowd sourcing websites, mostly pointing out the disadvantages of crowd sourcing. I am not here to neither talk about advantages or disadvantages of crowd sourcing websites and design contests organized by them. Well, this post is all about such crowd sourcing websites which cater design contests and give out cash or products to the winners. If your interested in such contest one can take part and win some cash if you are found out to be lucky, yes absolutely lucky. Sometimes best designs are not the winner. So lets keep that apart.

Some may ask, if i am not totally interested in these websites to earn money, what’s the purpose of these posts, well my main intention is this. Firstly, there are whole lot learners and good designers, who practice designs in their free time, what i thought was if some of these people who wants to test their creative ability, one has to take part in these contests, not to earn money, keep that as secondary, when your working in such a contest you will exercise your brain to some extent, put your effort, you may not win the contest, but you will be amazed that you have gone beyond your previous imaginations. Yes this will happen, it has happened to me, i used to participate in these kind of contest in order to enhance my creative abilities, and was amazed that every design was unique and better than other, that feeling will satisfy you than the money itself.
