Photoshop Tutorial: Create A Simple iPhone 5 Business Card.

Hi friends, we are back again with another simple Photoshop Tutorial. Here today we will be designing a simple and beautiful iPhone 5 Business Card. There have been a lot of buzz before and after the arrival of iPhone 5. As usual you know, when its a good idea i will always take action without a second thought. This is a very simple business card tutorial, nothing much, but keeping the awesomeness of the iPhone 5 i have designed this. Ok now let’s move to the tutorial.

Step-1 Open a new document with width of 2 inches and height of 3.25 inches.

Step-2 Pick the rounded rectangle tool from the tools palette, at top of the menu tab set the radius to 25 pixles, once it is done, draw a shape very similar to the shape of iPhone 5. See the image below.

Step-3 Select the  newly drawn shape layer, double click on this layer to bring in the layer window, and apply the following layer style value. Here i have used only STROKE value.

Step-4 Again from the tools palette pick the elliptical tool and draw a circle shape as you see below, let the fill colour of this shape be nearing to black, not exact black. See the image below.

Step-5 Still on the circle shape layer, double on this layer as usual to bring in the layer atyle window and apply the following layer style values. Here again i have used only the STROKE value.

Step-6 Again using the same elliptical tool a draw another small circle shape upon the centre of the previous circle. Let the fill colour of this shape be # 242424.

Step-7 Again in this step pick up the elliptical tool and draw a much smaller circle shape than the previous circle, let the fill colour of this shape be # 0933e6.

Step-8 In this step, we will apply some blur to this shape, in order to do that, go to filter menu> Blur> Gaussian Blur and set the radius amount to 3.3 pixels. See the image below. Once done set the opacity of this layer to 45%.

Step-9 Create another small circle shape upon the previous shape let the fill colour be black or # 000000.

Step-10 Here in this step we will create rear camera, to do that pick the elliptical tool and draw a small circle shape. See the image below. Once done, double click on this to bring in the layer style window and apply the STROKE layer style value.

Step-11 Now we will create some button at the top and side of the iPhone. Pick the rounded rectangle tool and draw a small shape as you below. Once you have done, duplicate these shape and place it appropriately. Look at the image below.

Step-12 Create a shade in this step, so that it looks reflective and glossy.

Step-13 Bring in the type tool and add necessary information on it, at the bottom i have mentioned the name and some other details. Now create new layer at the top of the type layer. Select the marquee too from the tools palette and make a selection as i have done it below.

Step-14 Now press ‘G’ this is nothing but the shortcut to bring in the gradient tool, once the gradient tool is active, at the top of the menu tab select the gradient editor a window will appear, set the necessary adjustments and press ok. Now drag the gradient tool from bottom left to top right. This is how the image will look.
