Hi friends, its good to be back with an very simple and easy to learn Photoshop Tutorial. Here today in this Photoshop Tutorial we will design a sticker for a Discount Brochure Print. Stickers are popular way to show the discount rates in a very colourful way in order to capture the eyes of customers and passer by. We will design this sticker for a Discount Brochure Print at Uprinting. OK let’s move on to the tutorial.

Step-1 Open a new document with width and height of 500 pixels respectively.

Step-2 From the tools palette pick the polygon tool, once the tool is active, at the top of the menu tab set the necessary values in the polygon options and set the sides to 32. Now draw a shape as you see below. Let the fill colour of this shape be white.

Step-3 Now double click on this shape layer to bring in the layer style window, now apply the following layer style effects, here i have used only DROP SHADOW.

Step-4 Here in this step, duplicate the shape layer, right click on this layer and select the option clear layer styles. Once it is done, double click on this layer to bring in the layer style window and GRADIENT OVERLAY effect. Press CTRL+T to bring in the transform tool and make this shape smaller than previous shape. This is how the image will look.

Step-5 Pick the elliptical tool from the tools palette, at the top of the menu tab select the option paths. Now draw a path at the center of the shape. You will not find any fill colour, since it only the path, you can only see the path line.

Step-6 Now press B to activate the brush tool or just pick the brush tool from the tools palette. Select any hard brush and set the size to 8. Once you have set the brush options, press F5 to bring in the brush preset, now set the values accordingly as mentioned in the image below.

Step-7 Press U to activate the elliptical tool this is the short cut key. Or else you can pick it from the tools palette. Right click on the path and select the option Stroke path, another small window will appear, select the option brush and press ok. This is how the image will look.

Step-8 Now double click on this layer to bring in the layer style window and apply the following layer style effects. Here i have used DROP SHADOW and BEVEL EMBOSS effects. Once you have finished applying the layer style effects, duplicate this layer, press CTRL+T to bring in the transform tool and transform this layer into smaller than the original layer.

Step-9 Pick the rectangle tool from the tools palette and draw a small horizontal line as you see below. Now double click on this layer and apply the GRADIENT OVERLAY effect.

Step-10 Now create a new layer below the previous layer that is the small horizontal layer, reset the brush tool, pick any hard brush, set the size to somewhere around 4 or 5 and apply the brush at the corners of the previous horizontal object. See the image below.

Step-11 Go to filter menu>Blur> Gaussian Blur and set the radius amount to 0.9 pixels. This is how the image will look. Add some text upon it and some reflection and that will conclude today’s tutorial.
